Application

Applications for admission to Shepherd School of Ministry are not required, however, applications for graduation are required the semester before the planned graduation. These applications can be obtained by contacting Erin Coleman at 816-358-0988 x2005.

Application Process

If applying for graduation from the Associate of Divinity (A. Div.) Degree program, all official academic transcripts from the high school or state that awarded your diploma or its equivalent (GED) and from all institutions or colleges attended must be sent directly from the school attended to the Shepherd School office. This includes classes for requests of transfer of credit.

Fees

Cost for each credit hour is $35.00 and is payable at time of enrollment in a class. No registration or payment of fees will be accepted after the second week of classes. No refunds are given for early withdrawal past the first week of class, or for incomplete classes, except as noted below.

Refunds

A refund of fees paid will be made only if a class is dropped within the first week of instruction except in circumstances of extreme hardship.
