Shepherd School of Ministry

Shepherd School serves as an advanced equipping arm of likeminded churches whose mission is to mold every member into the image of Christ, and mobilize all to minister the Word of God to the world. To this end, Shepherd School utilizes experienced pastoral leaders to equip men and women of the church to function as shepherds of God’s people through a structured and orderly curriculum centered in the Bible.

Because of Our Objectives

In Shepherd School, mastering God’s word and ministry to the world go hand in hand. We have three primary ministry objectives.

1. Instruction - To impart knowledge of God’s Word that leads to a responsible following of God’s will as a valuable basis for ministry.
2. Comprehension - To impart an understanding of God’s plan that leads to an accountable following of God’s ways as a viable philosophy of ministry.
3. Action - To apply the knowledge of God’s Word and the understanding of God’s plan in the functioning of God’s church to lead an army for evangelism, discipleship, and missions.

Because of Our Strategies

1. Practical Study and Focus on Leadership Development - The goal of our educational program is to prepare pastoral-level leadership for churches: men and women who are qualified spiritually and academically to serve in churches, schools, ministries, and across their various professions.
2. Conducive Atmosphere - Our facilities utilize modern technology to encourage research as well as contemplation, and innovation in ministry application.
3. Convenience - Our courses are centered on Saturday classes and practical programs provided at other convenient times so that the student can maintain job and family responsibilities, as well as vibrant ministry involvement.
4. Distance and Online Learning - Certain courses will be offered at extension sites within other churches and online where content is appropriate.
5. Extremely Reasonable Cost - Shepherd School is known for its very low tuition and fees.
