Ezekiel
(ezekiel211)

This 2-credit course is a study of the book of Ezekiel. Special emphasis will be placed on the central theological themes, most prominently the “glory of the Lord.” The historical context of the time period in Israel’s history known as the exile as well as progress of God’s program for Israel throughout history will be examined. Attention will be given to the specific message and modern application of the book.

Although not required, a student will find that a foundational knowledge of dispensationalism will be necessary to have a better understanding of the prophecies contained in the book. An overview of the theology of dispensationalism is contained in the following classes offered at KCBT:

LifeTrac class: How to Study the Bible
Shepherd School class: Dispensational Theology

If the student has not taken these classes, the following book provides a basic general working knowledge of dispensationalism.
