This 1 credit course is concerned with practical pastoral duties, responsibilities, and relationships. Attention is given to proper procedures for pastoral visitation in the hospital; conducting various kinds of worship services (including baptism and the Lord’s Supper); administrative duties; and performing a wedding, funeral, etc. This is done through lecture, demonstration, and projects which will be observed and critiqued by the local pastor.
